Join a team that helps people get the care they need. As a Dental Sales Executive, Middle Market, you will lead dental and vision growth in your market. You will build trust with brokers, clients, and sales teams. You will shape clear plans, find new business, and share what you learn from the market. This hunter role is a great fit for someone who brings drive, care, and a team-first mindset to every deal. Responsibilities Own the dental and vision growth plan for your market. Balance growth, profit goals, and client needs. Build a clear sales plan with brokers, consultants, prospects, and key market groups. Lead new sales strategy. Find the best path to win through standalone, packaged, and upsell channels. Partner with sales teams and matrix partners on RFPs, market meetings, client presentations, and new account launches. Use local market insight and client needs to help shape stronger products, networks, pricing, and sales plans. Coach sales partners on dental and vision value, product fit, and ways to compete in the market. Keep the pipeline clear through business reviews, growth calls, and local strategy work. Qualifications Required At least 5 years of dental benefits, healthcare sales, or related industry experience. Proven success selling healthcare, dental, or vision products in a growth or new business role. Active producer license, or ability to get the needed license for the market. Ability to travel often and on short notice, with an acceptable driving record. Clear speaking, writing, presenting, negotiation, and client service skills. Ability to work on your own, use good judgment, and solve problems with matrix partners. Financial skill and focus on membership growth, pipeline health, and market impact. Preferred Managed dental sales experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. Experience with brokers, consultants, underwriting, proposal teams, network partners, or launch teams. Experience building sales plans for groups such as government, education, hospitals If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
