Business Development Reports to: Executive Vice President Role Overview The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for building and closing a high-value pipeline of enterprise-level partnerships. This role is not transactional sales; it requires a strategic, consultative approach focused on long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and executive-level engagement. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, targeting organizations with $50M+ in annual revenue. Success in this role comes from the ability to navigate complex organizations, clearly articulate value, and drive measurable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from initial outreach to close.
  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline of high-value prospects across defined territories or industries.
  • Develop account strategies for top prospects, including stakeholder mapping and engagement plans.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business objectives, challenges, and decision criteria.
  • Present tailored solutions aligned to executive-level priorities and organizational goals.
  • Navigate complex deal structures involving multiple decision-makers, procurement processes, and long sales cycles.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to refine messaging and offerings.
  • Drive revenue growth aligned with organizational enterprise sales targets. Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales (required).
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Experience selling into organizations with $50M+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and multi-threaded deals.
  • High level of business acumen and ability to translate value into ROI-driven conversations.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mentality and accountability for results. Core Competencies
