•$60,000+ per year (Base + Commission) Job Description Chavez Capital is a fast-growing private lending company created by investors, for investors. We provide fast, reliable financing for fix & flip, rental/DSCR, new construction, and commercial real estate projects nationwide. Our mission is to help investors grow and achieve financial freedom through real estate. We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Junior Account Executive to join our Spokane Valley office. This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in real estate lending. You will be trained, mentored, and developed into a full Account Executive role within 6 months. This position focuses on lead qualification, relationship building, and deal support while learning the full loan sales process. Responsibilities Speak with inbound and outbound borrowers to understand basic financing needs. Qualify leads and gather required loan information. Assist in structuring loan scenarios with senior Account Executives. Manage and update CRM and pipeline records accurately. Follow up with borrowers and referral partners consistently. Support processors and senior Account Executives throughout the loan process. Participate in training, coaching, and shadowing sessions. Build foundational knowledge of fix & flip, rental/DSCR, and construction loans. Work toward production and learning milestones with a path to promotion. Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Coachable, driven, and open to feedback. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, text, and email. Ability to work full-time, in-office (M-F). Interest in real estate, finance, or sales. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 0-2 years of sales, real estate, or customer service experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base salary. Commission.

First-year earning potential:

$40,000
