Senior Air & Ocean Sales Executive Remote - Anywhere in the
USA Base Salary:
$90,000 - $140,000 + Uncapped Commissions A well-established, employee-focused logistics and transportation company is seeking a high-performing Air & Ocean Sales Executive to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and delivering customized international freight solutions. What You'll Do Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities Sell international air freight, ocean freight, NVOCC services, and related logistics solutions Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Develop strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives Proactively manage and grow an existing customer base Collaborate closely with internal air, ocean, and NVOCC operational teams to ensure service excellence Present value-added transportation solutions tailored to customer needs Increase revenue growth while maintaining strong customer retention Meet and exceed sales activity and performance goals established by leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute) Minimum 3 years of direct logistics sales experience required Minimum 5 years of logistics/transportation industry experience required Strong background in air freight, ocean freight, and NVOCC services preferred Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Why This Opportunity?
