We are seeking a results-driven Polymer Sales Executive based in Pasadena, TX, to drive national market growth, manage key accounts, and expand our domestic resin portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our U.S. footprint for prime, off-spec, and recycled plastic resins. Identify, prospect, and close high-value B2B accounts within manufacturing, packaging, and industrial sectors. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and long-term supply contracts to maximize gross margins. Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement leaders and plant managers.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of proven commercial sales experience within the plastic resins or petrochemical industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of resin markets (e.g., PE, PP, PET, PS) and North American supply chain logistics.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus).
