Job Description

Scot Industries is a leading manufacturing company (www.scotindustries.com) with 12 locations throughout the country. We are looking for energetic candidates with an ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to join our team as Outside Sales Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
Candidates are responsible for managing and prospecting large corporate accounts. Duties include purchasing, customer relations, cost analysis, managing product lead times, communicating directly with our customers in order to establish, maintain, and grow relationships as well as schedule and pursue meetings and trips to visit potential customers. This position will begin with an extensive training program with hands-on experience in our state of the art manufacturing facilities.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business/Management field (Other Degrees Considered) Problem-Solving, communication, and organizational skills Excellent work ethic and ability and interest to assume greater responsibility Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite Past leadership experience preferred (scholastic, work, and/or organizations) Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check Must be eligible to be legally employed in the
