Job Description

Job Summary:
Detail-oriented Medical Insurance Biller responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and following up on medical insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement. Experienced in verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits, reviewing billing information for accuracy, resolving claim denials and discrepancies, posting payments and adjustments, and maintaining accurate patient accounts. Knowledgeable in medical billing procedures, insurance requirements, CPT and ICD-10 coding, HIPAA compliance, and electronic billing systems. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
