5 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced New Accounts Representative to support branch operations and provide exceptional service to consumer and business customers. This role will be responsible for opening and servicing new accounts, processing teller transactions, assisting customers with banking products, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations. Required Qualifications 3+ years of new accounts, branch banking operations, sales, or financial customer service experience. Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with new account documentation, including business/corporate and fiduciary accounts. Knowledge of retail and commercial banking products and branch operations. Understanding of applicable banking compliance regulations and operational policies. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and negotiable instruments. Proficiency with computers, account-opening systems, spreadsheets, and general office applications. Ability to work independently with general supervision and handle complex customer situations. Must be available to work onsite in Brea, CA.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
