New Accounts Representative - Onsite#26-09446 Brea, CA Onsite Contract Starts 9/01/2026 Ends 8/31/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a New Accounts Representative with a Regional Financial Institution located in Brea, CA. This is an onsite 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:

Up to $38.65 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Branch Service Manager, this role is responsible for processing a variety of new accounts for customers, with a focus on Fiduciary accounts such as Estates and Trusts. The ideal candidate will assist consumer and business customers in selecting financial products, ensure regulatorypliance, provide excellent customer service, and operate a cash drawer within a branch environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist consumer and business customers in their selection of various accounts, products, and financial services Interview customers to obtain information, establish proper identification, and determine the need for reference investigation Make decisions regarding the opening of new accounts, including checking, savings, IRAs, and CDs Prepare all documents and items pertaining to new accounts for processing Accurately process teller transactions including over the counter, night drop, courier, and mail Operateputer terminal to process account activity, determine balances, and resolve problems Cross-sell products and services as opportunities are recognized Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff andmunicate concerns to the Branch Service Manager Assist management with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and support branch audit certifications Comply with all bank operations, security procedures, and dual-control functions Provide effective customer service by answering questions, investigating errors, and resolvingplex issues

Primary Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent experience 3+ years of new accounts experience, preferably in a financial institution operations, sales, or customer service role Broad knowledge in new account documentation (i.e., Fiduciary, Corporations, etc.) Intermediate experience and knowledge in branch operation activities, terminology, and products for retail andmercial customers Broad knowledge of related state and federal bankingpliance regulations and operational policies Intermediate skills inputer terminal and personalputer operation, including word processing, spreadsheet, and account opening software programs Basic math skills to calculate interest, balance accounts, and count currency Effective oral, written, and interpersonalmunication skills Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets in non-standardized situations Effective organizational and time management skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
