Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Territory Account Manager and become a driving force in expanding our market presence! In this energetic role, you will cultivate strong relationships with telecommunication providers such as AT&T, Verizon, Frontier, Brightspeed and other key clients within your designated territory. Your passion for sales and customer service will empower you to deliver tailored solutions, showcase product benefits through the most simple & effortless sales interaction that you will ever conduct, which will unlock new opportunities for growth. This position offers an exciting chance to lead strategic account management efforts while making a tangible impact on telecommunication advancements. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients within your territory Maintain detailed account records, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for expansion Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery, training, and support Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned territories, averaging X-Y doors/day. Present fiber internet plans clearly and demonstrate value based on household needs. Qualify prospects, handle objections, and close sales on the spot. Accurately complete customer agreements and schedule installation appointments. Maintain daily activity logs, CRM updates, and sales reports. Hit individual and team sales targets; participate in team meetings and trainings. Represent the company professionally and follow all neighborhood and local solicitation rules. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Proven experience in account management and B2B (business-to-business if qualified) sales environments Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with diverse clients Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple accounts and driving sales growth Proficiency in basic softwares such as Microsoft, including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools and other sales processing platforms Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, follow-ups, and detailed records Customer service-oriented mindset focused on building long-term relationships Analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop strategic insights Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for sales meets your dedication to improving connectivity at a better rate. Pay:
$64,361.45 - $360,000.00 per year
