This is a sales and leadership development role, ideal for individuals looking to start their career, build confidence working directly with business owners, and develop real-world sales and communication skills. No prior sales experience is required—training is provided. As an Entry Level Account Manager you'll meet business owners and decision-makers in person, introducing AT&T Business wireless and fiber solutions that support their operations. You'll learn how to professionally present services, identify business needs, and guide clients through the enrollment process. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on experience in territory management, goal tracking, and leadership development within a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Meet face-to-face with local business clients in assigned commercial areas to introduce AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and bundled services. Qualify business leads by assessing connectivity needs, operational priorities, and budget alignment to match AT&T Business solutions with client goals. Deliver tailored service proposals and manage acquisition from lead generation to activation using AT&T's campaign systems. Supervise outreach team performance, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with campaign benchmarks, enrollment velocity, and territory goals. Maintain CRM accuracy by logging pipeline movement, account status, and activation milestones to support territory tracking and performance forecasting. Coordinate with internal teams to finalize onboarding documentation, provisioning readiness, and delivery benchmarks in line with AT&T Business standards. Monitor territory metrics and share actionable insights to refine outreach strategy, improve conversion rates, and drive commercial acquisition growth. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework in business, marketing, or communications supports strategic planning and leadership development. Experience in sales, outreach, or team coordination—ideally within telecom, B2B, or subscription-based industries. Strong communicator with a consultative approach; able to guide solution-based decisions and support AT&T Business acquisition goals. Demonstrated leadership potential; skilled in motivating teams, managing documentation, and executing structured campaign workflows. CRM proficient; interprets performance data to improve pipeline accuracy, territory visibility, and outreach strategy. Self-driven and resilient; thrives in performance-based environments with structured growth paths and campaign accountability.
