In this role, the AT&T Account Representative will represent AT&T products and services by engaging directly with potential customers and helping them learn about available telecommunications solutions. The AT&T Account Representative position involves speaking directly with customers, answering questions about service options, and assisting customers with enrolling in services that fit their needs. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing communication skills, and building experience in a sales-focused environment. Bilingual communication skills are a plus and can help you connect effectively with a broader range of customers. AT&T Account Representative Responsibilities Engage with customers in person to introduce AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services. Explain product features, promotions, and service options clearly and professionally. Assist customers with completing service enrollments and account activations. Build positive relationships with customers through strong communication and professionalism. Communicate with bilingual customers when appropriate to provide a comfortable and informative experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments. Follow company and client guidelines when representing AT&T services. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily performance goals. AT&T Account Representative Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment. Bilingual communication skills are a plus, particularly for candidates who can communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interest in developing sales and customer engagement skills.
