Business Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients, including spas, clinics, retailers, and wholesale distributors. Serve as their main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and performance. Develop customized business plans for each account. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth execution and performance tracking. Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing product assortments for each client. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all partner locations. Provide training or support materials when needed. Monitor account performance, generate regular reports, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategy and improve outcomes. Identify and pursue new corporate opportunities that align with our brand vision. Qualify all incoming National Account leads and ensure leads are entered into SFDC daily and accurately. Under the direction of the VP of National Accounts and Business Development, assist in creating and organizing special events/trainings for National Accounts. Submit sales orders for product training gratis.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5+ years in account management or B2B sales, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable analyzing sales data and forecasting trends. Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities. Passion for skincare and a genuine interest in the beauty/wellness industry.
Work Environment:
The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms, and computer rooms. Occasionally, they may work in a warehouse environment, as part of a project, and/or in the field with outside sales.
