Job Summary JPC Connectivity is seeking an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to join our Silicon Valley team in Milpitas, CA. In this role, you will serve as a key commercial and operational bridge connecting top-tier Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Taiwanese Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and JPC's global engineering and manufacturing teams in Taiwan. You will be coached to manage accounts end-to-end—driving project execution from early-stage New Product Introduction (NPI) into high-volume Mass Production (MP), maintaining strong customer rapport, and identifying new hardware design-win opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Account Coordination & Ecosystem Management

• Serve as

Primary Liaison:

Act as the daily operational point of contact for assigned CSP procurement teams and their tier-1 ODM/CM partners (e.g., Foxconn, Quanta, Wiwynn, Inventec).

Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture professional networks across customer procurement, engineering, program management, and supply chain departments.

•

Customer Support:

Track day-to-day customer requests, sample orders, open action items, and technical queries to ensure rapid turnaround times and complete execution. 2. NPI-to-Mass Production Project Orchestration

•

Lifecycle Tracking:

Monitor engineering programs across early architecture phase, sample builds, qualification (EVT/DVT/PVT stages), and smooth transition into mass production (MP).

•

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Work closely with customer project managers and internal quality, engineering, and factory leads to resolve engineering change orders (ECOs), quality inquiries, and delivery bottlenecks.

Demand Pull-Through:

Ensure design approvals at the CSP architectural level accurately translate into production orders and forecast allocations at ODM/CM assembly sites. 3. Cross-Regional Collaboration (US-Taiwan Bridge)

HQ & Factory Engagement:

Maintain daily communication with JPC's Taiwan account management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align project timelines, cost targets, and product specifications.

Time-Zone Agility:

Participate in periodic evening coordination calls with Taiwan teams to accelerate urgent project requirements and address global time-zone differences. 4. Commercial & Business Operations

RFQ & Quotation Support:

Coordinate quotation requests (RFQs), gather cost structures from Taiwan engineering, calculate pricing margins, and deliver polished commercial proposals.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate program trackers, revenue forecasts, CRM records, meeting minutes, and executive account summaries.

Account Expansion:

Learn JPC's technology portfolio (High-Speed DAC/AEC, Optical Transceivers, Power Connectors, Custom Harnesses) to proactively identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer platforms.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
