HIMALAYA ABOUT HIMALAYA & LEEF BRANDS HIMALAYA
is a Sacramento-based cannabis brand operating in California since 2016. HIMALAYA's brand portfolio has expanded to include vape cartridges & AiOs, concentrates and pre-rolls, with a focus on authentic, strain-specific products and partnerships with California cultivators.
HIMALAYA
also sells HIGHRISE, a value oriented flavored vape brand serving a different consumer segment. We currently serve 200 retail locations, with our business historically concentrated in Northern California.
HIMALAYA
is now part of LEEF Brands, Inc. a vertically integrated cannabis company built by legacy operators and recognized as a premier extraction and manufacturing partner. California is our flagship market — the foundation of our brand, our operational scale, and our reputation for quality, reliability, and execution. In California, LEEF is not establishing credibility — we are defending and expanding it. This role is designed for a strategic, relationship-driven professional who understands scale, margin, and the importance of managing complex, high-value accounts in the most competitive cannabis market in the country. Southern California represents a significant growth opportunity for HIMALAYA, and this role will be central to building that market.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Southern California Account Manager is responsible for building, growing and retaining
HIMALAYA
retail clients across the Southern California region. This is not an at-home, order-taker role. This is a field-based position —Account Managers are expected to be in accounts: building relationships face-to-face, opening new accounts, and closing deals in person. Every account deserves a best-in-class experience — whether they bring in $1,000 a month or $100,000 a month. Building genuine, service-first relationships at every level of the business is not optional; it's the foundation of how we win and keep California. Success in this role directly impacts company-wide revenue retention, production planning, and gross margin performance. This role carries full revenue accountability for its territory — you own the performance of your market.
