Job Description

Premier Glass Products is a Southern California manufacturer of insulated glass units and flat glass products serving glass shops, glazing contractors, window companies, and other industry professionals. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Territory Customer Account Representative to manage customer relationships, stay in regular contact with customers, visit accounts throughout Southern California, and help develop new business. This position is a combination of office-based customer communication and in-person customer visits . You will spend a significant part of each day making phone calls, sending emails, following up with customers, prospecting, updating customer information, and coordinating with our internal team. You will also spend time on the road visiting existing customers, prospective customers, and inactive accounts throughout your assigned territory. A company vehicle is provided for business use for customer visits and other company-related travel. Responsibilities Make a high volume of customer and prospecting calls each day Communicate with customers regularly by phone and email Follow up on quotes, orders, customer questions, and account needs Visit existing customer locations on a regular basis Visit prospective customers and introduce Premier Glass Products Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Prospect for new customer accounts Reconnect with inactive and former customers Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate team members Introduce customers to additional Premier Glass Products products and capabilities Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and customer activity in the company CRM Schedule and organize customer visits Plan daily and weekly territory routes Work closely with our office, customer service, and production teams Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and prospects Represent Premier Glass Products professionally both in the office and in the field Territory The territory includes: Los Angeles County Orange County Inland Empire Coachella Valley San Diego County Regular driving throughout Southern California is part of the position. Compensation & Benefits $52,000-$62,000 annual salary Company vehicle provided for business use Company fuel card for business use Company phone and tablet Paid training Paid time off Paid sick time Paid holidays 401(k) Safe Harbor plan Long-term opportunity with an established Southern California manufacturer This Position Is Ideal for Someone Who Is a team player with a make-it-happen attitude Is comfortable making a large number of phone calls every day Communicates well by phone, email, and in person Is comfortable following up consistently with customers Enjoys a combination of office work and field visits Likes meeting and talking with customers face-to-face Enjoys building long-term business relationships Is comfortable prospecting and introducing themselves to new businesses Takes ownership and follows through Works well independently while also supporting the team Is organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups Is dependable, positive, and willing to help where needed Is comfortable driving throughout Southern California This Position May Not Be a Good Fit If You Do not enjoy making frequent phone calls Do not like following up by email Prefer limited customer interaction Are looking for a remote position Want to work only in an office Do not enjoy driving regularly Are uncomfortable visiting businesses in person Are looking for a call center-only or strictly administrative position Qualifications Previous customer service, account management, territory, outside sales, or similar customer-facing experience Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong relationship-building skills Strong follow-up and organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong work ethic and willingness to make things happen Dependable and willing to take ownership of responsibilities Self-motivated and organized Valid driver's license Clean driving record Comfortable working both in the office and on the road
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
