They are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team. This role is paying between $26-$28 per hour and is a temp to hire position. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned aerospace manufacturing customers. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, tracking parts and job status throughout the production process, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to support operational success. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments including production, planning, quality, engineering, and shipping. Manage customer accounts and maintain strong professional relationships. Track customer orders, parts, and production jobs from receipt through delivery. Monitor schedules and proactively communicate order status, delays, and updates to customers. Ensure customer requirements, specifications, and delivery expectations are accurately documented and communicated. Review purchase orders and verify accuracy of order details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements. Maintain accurate records within ERP and customer management systems. Coordinate with production and planning teams to prioritize customer needs and resolve issues. Support on-time delivery performance through regular follow-up and order management. Assist with customer inquiries, order changes, and problem resolution. Generate reports related to order status, delivery performance, and customer activity. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and company procedures. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, manufacturing, or a related role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience working with ERP systems or manufacturing software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Experience in aerospace, defense, precision machining, or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of production scheduling and supply chain processes. Familiarity with aerospace documentation and quality requirements.
