Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Insurance Account Manager to join our team and drive client success through expert insurance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in various insurance products, combined with strong negotiation skills and a passion for building lasting relationships, will ensure our clients receive tailored coverage that meets their needs. Duties Develop new business through outside sales initiatives, including telemarketing and retail sales strategies, to expand our client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions and ongoing support. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate property casualty, health, life, and commercial insurance products. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients and insurance providers to secure the best possible coverage options. Manage sales administration tasks such as CRM system updates, benefits administration, and client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry trends to advise clients effectively and ensure adherence to legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for client interaction. Solid analysis skills for assessing client needs across health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance sectors. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for efficient sales administration and client management. Deep understanding of benefits administration, customer relationship building, and delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance products, and the associated sales processes. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
