Compensation:

$65,000-$85,000 per year This is a client-facing opportunity focused on helping individuals understand their health coverage options and guiding them through the enrollment process. If you're a strong communicator, enjoy working with people, and are looking for an opportunity with training, support, and room to grow, this could be a great fit. Training provided, when applicable. What You'll Do Connect with individuals interested in health coverage Learn about each client's needs and available options Explain benefits and coverage options in a clear, approachable way Help clients navigate the enrollment process Answer questions and provide follow-up support Maintain accurate client information and records What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive and professional attitude Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day Organized and able to manage multiple conversations Previous customer service, healthcare, sales, or other client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
