In this energetic role, you will leverage your insurance knowledge and sales skills to connect clients with tailored coverage options across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance sectors. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication will build lasting relationships, ensuring clients receive outstanding service while meeting their insurance needs. This position offers a vibrant environment where your sales acumen and regulatory understanding can truly shine. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales environments and community events, to promote insurance products and services Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their insurance needs across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial lines Negotiate policy terms and coverage options effectively to secure optimal solutions for clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations Manage client relationships by providing ongoing support, benefits administration guidance, and policy updates using CRM systems Prepare and maintain accurate sales administration records, including quotes, applications, and policy documentation Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional insurance products Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge to provide expert advice in a multilingual environment Qualifications Valid state license as an Insurance Producer with active licensing in health, life, property casualty, or commercial insurance lines Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and client management Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Knowledge of benefits administration processes related to employee benefits packages Customer service orientation with the ability to build trustful relationships through effective client communication Embark on a rewarding career that combines energetic outreach with detailed industry expertise.
