Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Landscape and Property Maintenance Account Manager to oversee multiple crews, properties, and jobs. The ideal candidate must have strong, hands-on knowledge of landscaping and property maintenance operations. This person will be responsible for coordinating daily work, supervising crews, inspecting properties, communicating with clients, and ensuring that every job is completed correctly, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent organization, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Manage multiple landscaping and property maintenance crews. Oversee multiple commercial and residential properties. Coordinate and monitor various jobs, services, and special projects. Provide crews with clear instructions, schedules, and job expectations. Conduct routine property inspections and quality-control checks. Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Train crews on proper landscaping and property maintenance procedures. Monitor crew productivity, job progress, recorded hours, and completed work. Review daily work orders, job notes, photographs, and time records for accuracy. Communicate regularly with clients regarding property needs, service concerns, and upcoming work. Identify property improvements and present enhancement opportunities to clients. Resolve client and crew concerns professionally and promptly. Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor needed for scheduled work. Follow company SOPs and processes to maintain an efficient workflow. Review job-cost reports and help ensure work is completed efficiently and profitably. Manage contract renewals and the sale of new services. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or landscape account management. Proven experience managing multiple crews, properties, and jobs simultaneously. Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations. Knowledge of mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, seasonal cleanups, and general property maintenance. Strong horticultural and plant-identification knowledge. Knowledge of proper pruning procedures and plant-care practices. Understanding of turfgrass management, common diseases, and appropriate remedies. Strong leadership and crew-management abilities. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and adjust schedules in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of CRM software, landscape-management software, mobile applications, email, and digital work-order systems. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Pesticide licensing preferred. Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field. Experience with estimating, job costing, enhancement sales, and contract renewals.
Pay:
