Prospect & Develop New Accounts:
Identify and target high-potential customers, including retailers and strategic partners within the beauty sector.
Lead Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive new account acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets.
Pitch & Negotiate:
Present the brand and product portfolio to potential customers, negotiate terms, and secure new distribution opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Market Expansion:
Research emerging US based markets, competitive activity, and industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Sales Forecasting:
Analyze historical sales trends and customer data to project potential growth across customers and channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to develop data-driven recommendations for pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies that support new account success.
Sales Reporting:
Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and ongoing account performance using internal reporting tools (e.g., Circana). Provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in retail channels to optimize sales potential and brand presence. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry Proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue growth targets Deep understanding of the beauty retail landscape (mass, prestige, professional, and/or e-commerce channels) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
