Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager specializing in Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing to join our growing team. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue growth within the aerospace and defense manufacturing sectors. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers through warm calling, regular communication, and personalized engagement. Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual value creation. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies relevant to aerospace and defense manufacturing. Collaborate with marketing and technical sales teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions for accurate forecasting and reporting. Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, business development, and B2B sales within the aerospace or defense manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of technology sales processes and technical sales methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated leadership in managing key accounts and guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape for strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis. Experience in marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning within specialized industrial sectors.
