In this role, you'll onboard new clients, manage their contracts and paperwork, handle billing questions and refund requests, and keep everything documented and organized. This is a great fit for someone who is responsive, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple clients and a steady flow of paperwork at once. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to messages and requests promptly and professionally via Slack. Onboard new clients — send and collect onboarding forms through Google Forms, gather the required information, and get each client fully set up. Manage contracts and payment paperwork — send agreements (MSAs) and credit card authorization forms for signature through DocuSign, and track them through to completion. Review and process refund requests, and communicate resolutions clearly and professionally. Maintain and organize all client documentation in Google Drive, keeping contracts, forms, and records easy to find. Keep internal tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets) accurate and up to date. What We're Looking For Some prior experience in account management, customer service, or client support (preferred). Strong written communication skills — you'll be messaging clients throughout the day. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a lot of documents without dropping the ball. Comfortable with everyday business tools like Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms), DocuSign, and Slack — or a quick learner who can pick them up fast. Reliable, self-directed, and able to keep multiple clients moving at once. High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have (not required) Background in lead generation, insurance, call centers, or B2B sales support. Experience managing contracts, billing, or client documentation. Join us as an Account Manager where your energy fuels growth! Bring your negotiation prowess, technical expertise, and passion for client success to a vibrant team committed to excellence. We value proactive professionals ready to make an impact through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
