Job Description

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of company accounts while delivering a high level of customer service throughout the client relationship. Your role focuses on maintaining, nurturing, and growing client relationships; anticipating client needs; supporting senior management; and identifying growth opportunities within existing client portfolios. You will gain hands-on experience across client services, project coordination, and sales development while implementing best practices in strategic account management and ensuring clients receive responsive, proactive, and solutions-oriented support. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely, clear, professional, and responsive communication while providing a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, proactive follow-up, and a strong understanding of client needs to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle — from onboarding and quoting through production coordination and delivery follow-up — while ensuring a smooth and positive client experience at each stage.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce partners to optimize product listings, enhance brand presence, and execute strategies that drive online performance.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, product information, and project updates tailored to client needs, priorities, and expectations.
  • Monitor project timelines, proactively communicate status updates, and take ownership of client concerns or service issues through resolution in coordination with production, R D, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Identify client-driven demand trends or shifts and communicate them effectively to support timely adjustments in manufacturing planning.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are informed of relevant client updates, changes, or risks that may impact operations, inventory, or timelines.
  • Leverage logistics and supply chain insights to troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and ensure efficient, on-time delivery to clients.
  • Maintain detailed account records, pricing structures, and activity logs using CRM or tracking tools.
  • Analyze account performance data, client feedback, and service trends to identify opportunities, flag risks, and support strategic recommendations for retention and account growth.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, preferences, priorities, and goals in order to anticipate needs, personalize support, and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Conduct proactive account check-ins and follow-ups to gather feedback, address concerns, reinforce client satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Identify appropriate opportunities to expand existing accounts by recommending additional products, services, or solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in account management, supply chain, or a related field 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service orientation and ability to build trusted client relationships. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. 6. Experience with inventory management and/or procurement software is a plus.
Pay:
$53,099.32 - $63,947.57 per year
