Job Description
Position Overview MAD Events is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support customer interactions during live promotional events throughout the Hollywood area. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers during promotional events Provide accurate information about available services and account options Assist customers with new account registrations and enrollment processes Answer general customer questions and provide support throughout the enrollment process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed registrations Support event setup and breakdown when required Work closely with team members to achieve daily campaign objectives Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation within the Hollywood area Full-time availability, including some weekends Authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Paid training provided Weekly pay Performance-based incentives Professional development opportunities Career advancement opportunities within customer service and event operations
