This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being out in the field, building genuine connections with veterinary teams, and ensuring every clinic partner feels supported, valued, and set up for success. What You'll Do Account Management & Clinic Visits Plan and execute weekly territory routes, visiting veterinary clinics in a logical and efficient sequence. Conduct regular in-person check-ins with practice managers and team leads - catching up on staff needs, recognizing wins, and proactively identifying areas for improvement. Monitor clinic supplies and freezer inventory during each visit to ensure partners are fully equipped. Lunch Learns & Staff Education Lead engaging, upbeat lunch-and-learn sessions at clinic locations -introducing Pet Meadow to new staff or providing refresher training for existing teams. Cover who we are, what we do, and the full range of cremation services we offer. Walk staff through the client portal, answer questions, and create a welcoming, fun environment that reinforces the partnership. Relationship Maintenance & Communication Conduct regular phone and email check-ins with clinic contacts between visits to stay connected and address any emerging needs. Serve as a consistent, friendly presence that clinic teams can rely on. Issue Resolution When issues are raised by a clinic, serve as the first point of contact - listen, document, and promptly loop in the appropriate site manager to discuss and resolve. Follow through on resolutions to ensure the clinic feels heard and supported. What You Bring Experience in account management, outside sales, client relations, or a similar field-based role. Outgoing, approachable personality with genuine people skills - you light up a room and make people feel at ease. A problem-solver and solution-focused mindset; you don't just identify issues, you help fix them. Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-clinic territory and plan efficient weekly routes. Comfortable presenting to small groups in an upbeat, engaging way (lunch learns, staff trainings). Patient, flexible, and able to adapt to the pace and culture of different clinic environments. Comfort using CRM tools to log visits, track activity, and manage follow-ups. Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time within your assigned territory.
