Lundbeck US, a leader in brain disease therapeutics, headquartered in Deerfield, IL, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Multi-Specialty Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share through a combination of direct customer engagement and strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals across multiple specialties. Your expertise in the pharmaceutical landscape, combined with your commitment to improving patient outcomes, will drive your success in achieving sales objectives and contributing to the overall mission of enhancing the quality of life for those impacted by brain diseases. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in various medical specialties to promote pharmaceutical products. Execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives in assigned territories. Collaborate with medical and sales teams to develop materials that support product benefits and address provider and patient needs. Participate in regional and national conferences to build network and enhance industry knowledge. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide training and support to junior sales staff within the team.
