Job Description

Palm Beach County, FL | In-Home Personal Training | Partner Opportunity Build a Personal Training Career — Not Just a Schedule Palm Beach Fitness Professionals (PBFP) is looking for an ambitious, professional personal trainer who wants to build a serious career in the personal training industry. We provide high-value, in-home personal training services to clients throughout Palm Beach County, giving the right trainer an opportunity to work with an affluent clientele while building a substantial book of business. This is not a position for someone simply looking to pick up a few training hours each week. We are looking for someone who wants to put in the hours, develop their reputation, build strong client relationships, and ultimately own the results of the work they put into their career. What We Offer As a PBFP Partner Trainer, you have the opportunity to: Work with affluent clients seeking premium, in-home personal training Build a valuable personal training clientele without having to start completely from scratch Receive opportunities generated through the PBFP marketing and client acquisition system Develop your own book of business within the PBFP network Work with clients in their homes, private communities, and other approved training environments Follow a professional training and client-management system designed to deliver a consistent client experience Receive business, sales, programming, and professional development support Grow your schedule and income based on the quality of your work, availability, and effort Develop a long-term career path within PBFP as the organization grows Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A Certified Personal Trainer with the appropriate current credentials CPR/AED certified Professional, dependable, and personable Comfortable working independently in clients' homes and private communities Willing to travel throughout the Palm Beach County service area Comfortable working with affluent and professional clientele Coachable and genuinely willing to learn Willing to put in the time and effort required to build a strong client schedule Interested in personal training as a career, not simply a side job Motivated by building something of their own Someone who takes pride in their reputation and understands that client trust is earned through consistency, professionalism, and results This Opportunity Is About Ownership PBFP is building a model where trainers can develop their own book of business within a larger professional organization. We believe the best trainers should have the opportunity to benefit from the work they put into their careers. That means your success will depend on more than simply showing up for a scheduled session. The trainers who succeed will be the ones who: Show up → Deliver exceptional service → Build relationships → Retain clients → Earn referrals → Grow their book → Build their career. We can provide the infrastructure, systems, and opportunities. You have to bring the effort. What We Expect Working with a premium clientele requires a high level of professionalism.
You will be expected to:
Arrive on time and prepared for every session Communicate professionally with clients Follow PBFP's training and client-service standards Maintain appropriate professional boundaries Continue developing your knowledge and coaching skills Take responsibility for client outcomes within your professional scope Maintain a clean, professional appearance Protect client privacy and confidentiality Build relationships that encourage long-term client retention Represent PBFP with professionalism in every interaction The Right Person for This Position If you're looking for someone to hand you a completely full schedule, this probably isn't the right opportunity. If you're a trainer who thinks: "Give me the opportunity, teach me the system, and I'll put in the work to build something." —we want to hear from you. PBFP is looking for a trainer who wants to grow with the company, develop a strong reputation, build a meaningful book of business, and have the ability to see a direct connection between their effort and their professional success.
