Partner Relationship Executive:
Chetu is seeking a full-time Partner Relationship Executive to lead and expand global technology partnership initiatives across ecosystems including CRM, ERP, HCM, ITSM, Cloud, Data Management, and AI. This role focuses on building high-value strategic partner relationships, aligning joint go-to-market strategies, and driving measurable revenue growth through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, sales strategy, and relationship management expertise, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
Compensation Structure:
Compensation packages range from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Position Description:
Develop and manage long-term strategic technology partnerships aligned with Chetu's business objectives and ecosystem strategy Identify, engage, and scale new partnership opportunities that generate pipeline through direct and referral-based channels Execute joint go-to-market initiatives that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue Lead partner negotiations, proposals, and contract execution in collaboration with legal and senior leadership Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales, marketing, and operations to support implementation and managed services growth Maintain proactive partner communication to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and two-way referral exchange Track partnership performance using KPIs, pipeline metrics, and ROI analysis Represent Chetu at partner meetings, conferences, summits, and trade shows
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Sales Management within IT services or software environments Proven ability to build and grow high-impact partner ecosystems Demonstrated success driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Technology or SaaS experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus Willingness to travel 35-50% of the time
