We are seeking an energetic and driven Home Health Marketer to join our growing home healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, marketing, relationship-building, and helping families connect with quality care services. This is not your typical desk job — you'll be out in the community meeting with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, physician offices, case managers, and families throughout Palm Beach County.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources Visit hospitals, rehabs, physician offices, and senior communities Help coordinate care services for new and existing clients Assist families through the intake and onboarding process Handle paperwork, documentation, and communication with office staff Represent the company professionally in the community Help grow the company through outreach and relationship development

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and people skills Self-motivated and highly organized Comfortable driving throughout Palm Beach County Sales, marketing, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred Home healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus Reliable transportation required
