Salary Range:
$30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements No insurance experience required. Sales and service experience required. Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!). Bilingual is a plus (spanish) Confident, motivated individual who works well independently. Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.

Execute the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients.
Policy Management:
Oversee the management and servicing of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Market Research:
Keep abreast of industry trends to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Networking:
