Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for Aerospace & Defense (A&D) customers aligned with business growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and executive leadership. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, contract awards, and account growth. Lead customer presentations, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Resolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, and commercial matters while maintaining strong partnerships. Provide account forecasts, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business updates. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Ensure compliance with Aerospace & Defense regulations, including ITAR and EAR requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of B2B sales, key account management, business development, or technical sales experience in Aerospace & Defense, manufacturing, or industrial markets. Proven experience in key account management, business development, or technical sales within Aerospace & Defense, manufacturing, precision components, bearings, or related industrial sectors. Experience managing strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts, defense contractors, aerospace OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or precision component manufacturers is preferred. Additional language skills are an advantage. Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements. Willingness to travel up to 50-60% domestically and internationally.
Pay:
