Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking experienced Landscaping Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with high-end commercial and residential customers. This is a hands-on account management role for someone who understands landscaping, enjoys working directly with customers, and can coordinate with field teams to ensure properties consistently meet high standards. You do not need to come exclusively from commercial landscaping. We are interested in candidates with strong commercial OR high-end residential landscaping experience.

Landscaping Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Professional landscaping industry experience
- Commercial OR high-end residential landscaping experience
- Experience managing customer accounts and long-term client relationships
- Ability to work comfortably with commercial decision-makers, property managers, HOAs, and high-end residential customers
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and basic horticultural practices
- Ability to walk a property, recognize issues, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively with the customer
- Experience coordinating with production and field teams to ensure quality service
- Ability to conduct regular property visits and proactively address customer needs
- Experience identifying and selling landscape enhancement opportunities
- Ability to coordinate enhancement projects to ensure successful completion on time and within budget
- Experience managing budgets and account performance
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Landscaping Account Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- 4+ years of landscaping, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or related experience
- Experience managing high-value commercial or residential landscape accounts
- Experience working with premium properties where quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail are critical
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Landscape Architecture, Ag Business, Turfgrass, Plant & Soil Science, or related field preferred
- Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Experience leading or working closely with landscape production teams
- Business development and enhancement sales experience
