About the Role Competere Group Inc is hiring for an Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on working directly with customers, managing client accounts, and supporting brand growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, fast-paced environments, and wants a clear path into leadership. No prior experience is required—we provide structured, hands-on training. What You'll Do Meet with customers in person to represent client accounts (This is not an accountant, retail, kiosk, or big-box store sales role) Managing sales targets within the Greater Atlanta area Build relationships and provide account support for existing/new customers Answer questions and identify opportunities for account growth Track interactions and collaborate with your team to hit weekly goals What We're Looking For 0-5 years of previous work experience working directly with people (sales, marketing, restaurant, retail, etc) Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in a face-to-face, in-person environment Reliable transportation (local to the area) Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset What We Offer Paid training with direct mentorship Clear advancement path into leadership roles Weekly team development and coaching Performance-based promotions and bonuses (no seniority required) Team events, networking, and travel opportunities Compensation and opportunities for performance-based growth, will be discussed during the interview process Why Join Us?
