Job Description

Position Title:
Account Manager Total Compensation Range:
$60,000
General Location:
Ellabell, GA Headcount Responsibility:
Approximately 21 employees
Shift:
6:00 am - 3:00 pm Position Summary The Glovis Account Manager is responsible for overseeing Glovis janitorial operations, ensuring customer expectations are met, maintaining compliance with company standards, and leading a team of approximately 20+ employees. The Glovis Account Manager is expected to anticipate operational needs, identify staffing shortages, equipment issues, customer concerns, and workflow inefficiencies, communicate them promptly, and implement practical solutions that improve operations for both SEJ and Glovis. Primary Responsibilities Update all assigned operational spreadsheets and dashboards daily. Report to HMGMA site manager and Branch Manager Review attendance, staffing, training, discipline, and inspection dashboards. Verify employee timekeeping and resolve clock-in/clock-out issues promptly. Complete and submit required inspections and customer reports. Document incidents, coaching sessions, work orders, and employee concerns. Review all requests, notes, and outstanding tasks from the previous shift. Prioritize Glovis requests and unfinished work before assigning new tasks. Ensure critical work is completed before the end of the shift or properly communicated to the next shift. Coordinate with supervisor to ensure a smooth shift transition. Monitor daily workload and adjust staffing or assignments based on operational priorities.
Qualifications Background & Work Authorization:
Must be able to successfully complete a background check and meet all hiring requirements
Experience:
Prior experience managing hourly labor in a service environment preferred; janitorial or facility services experience a plus
Leadership:
Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, lead teams, and hold employees accountable
Flexibility:
Must be willing to work a full-time flexible schedule across shifts as business needs require
Hands-On Support:
Willing and able to step into any role and perform operational tasks when needed, including trash removal, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, spot cleaning glass, dusting, restocking supplies, and stripping and waxing VCT.
Safety:
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
Communication & Technology:
Strong communication skills and proficiency with basic computer and mobile systems
Organization:
Able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and customer service focus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift. Compensation & Benefits Base salary depending on experience Quarterly bonus opportunity based on personal scor
