Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today. Responsibilities Performs as a cross trained multi functional team member of the office practice. Ensures accurate and timely charge capture and billing of office visits and inpatient charges, front office assistant responsibilities, precertification, scheduling or other administrative functions as assigned. Responsible for collecting physician and technical superbills/rounding sheets daily. Enters and verifies patient demographics and insurance information. Verifies medical benefits and obtains preauthorization. Cross trained in the billing process cycle to include charge capture, insurance, collections and payment processing including outsourced receivables. Qualifications
