As a collections Specialist, your key role is to help customers achieve ownership of their tires and wheels by working with them to stay on track with their payment plans. You'll provide outstanding customer service in a supportive, family-oriented environment while making a real impact. As an Account Specialist at RNR Tire Express, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers on their journey to ownership. You'll oversee customer accounts by making outbound calls, sending texts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication logs. Your main goal is to help customers successfully acquire ownership of their products by offering support, guidance, and solutions. This role isn't just about collecting payments it's about building trust and helping people succeed.

Work Requirements:

Typing proficiency. Be able to reach bend stoop push and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Do you anticipate any issues with them? If YES please explain. Saturdays are typically our busiest day of the week, and we aim to have full team participation. While we understand and accommodate pre-approved days off, when possible, do you have any regular restrictions or scheduling conflicts that would prevent you from working on Saturdays? This position may occasionally require visiting customers at their home or workplace to re-establish communication or recover merchandiser, including on-site de-installations.
