Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team at The Juan Ventura State Farm Insurance Agency and drive growth through client-focused insurance solutions. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and insurance knowledge to identify client needs, present tailored coverage options, and build lasting relationships. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our customer base while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' financial security and well-being. Duties Engage in outside sales activities to prospect new clients through community outreach, networking, and telemarketing efforts. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial lines. Present insurance products clearly and persuasively, emphasizing benefits and coverage options that meet client requirements. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales administration tools. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, ongoing communication, and personalized support. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice and maintain professional expertise. Qualifications Valid state license as an Insurance Producer or equivalent certification required; active license preferred. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently. Knowledge of health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management. Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.
