Sales Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000Location:
Elgin, Illinois Drive Revenue. Grow Relationships. Own the Opportunity. Are you a driven sales professional who knows how to turn customer relationships into revenue? We're looking for an Account Manager who can take ownership of a portfolio of customers, identify new opportunities, expand existing business, and become a trusted partner to key accounts. This is an opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys building relationships while being accountable for measurable growth. What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new revenue opportunities. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities. Prospect for new customers and develop new business within assigned markets or territories. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product discussions, and sales negotiations. Build and execute account strategies designed to increase revenue, retention, and customer loyalty. Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing, and sales presentations. Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful execution. Track sales activity, pipeline development, forecasts, and revenue performance. Stay informed on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while protecting long-term relationships. Consistently meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in account management, outside sales, business development, territory sales, or a related sales role. Proven ability to develop relationships and generate revenue. Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working toward aggressive sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions. Organized and effective at managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipelines. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects. Why This Opportunity?
