Aurora, ILAbout the JobWe are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Account Management professional to join our growing sales team. This is a fast-paced position focused on growing existing accounts, generating new business, and building long-term customer relationships.

Company OverviewWe are an industry-leading metal deck distributor with 17 locations across 12 states, providing metal roof deck, form deck, composite floor deck, accessories, and project management to the construction and design industries nationwide.

ResponsibilitiesSell metal deckHandle inbound customer and prospect quote requestsDevelop and manage an assigned territory/account listMake outbound calls for new business development and customer retentionFollow up on quotes and identify additional sales opportunitiesCoordinate orders, freight logistics & paymentBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsInvolvement in industry associationsMeet and exceed quotasRequirementsBachelor's degreeSales or account management experience (preferred)Building materials & distribution experience a plusStrong written, verbal, and organizational skillsPositive, coachable attitude and willingness to learnBlueprint reading experience is a plusMicrosoft Office and CRM experienceCompensation & Benefits$70,000-$80,000 base salary + performance-based bonusCompetitive base salary and performance-based bonusTraining & ongoing professional development providedMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company profit sharingPaid vacation, holidays, and sick payHybrid opportunity after trainingAdvancement opportunitiesMission-driven culture
