At Kuehne+Nagel, our work is about more than we imagine. ‎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Air Logistics Sales Representative to lead growth initiatives within our Airfreight Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and delivering tailored transportation solutions that support long-term customer success. You will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong industry expertise and a passion for building high-value partnerships. How you create impact Develop and expand strategic airfreight customer accounts to build long-term partnerships and sustainable growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market footprint and solution offerings Create and execute customer-specific strategic plans aligned with annual sales targets Achieve or exceed defined volume and revenue targets at both national and market levels Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline with a high conversion rate Analyze client volume, gross profit, and performance data to optimize account strategies Lead forecasting activities and continuously update performance tracking and goals Understand customer needs including service requirements, RFP/RFQ timelines, and pricing structures Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews Oversee quotations, tenders, and project bids to ensure competitiveness and accuracy Manage the transition of new business to operational teams, ensuring commitments are delivered Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, branch leadership, and stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors Contribute to the development and effectiveness of sales programs and internal capabilities Ensure compliance with company policies while safeguarding organizational assets What we would like you to bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, or related industry Proven track record in sales management and business development Strong knowledge of airfreight logistics, market dynamics, and customer solutions Experience in customer relationship management and client-facing roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated leadership capability with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
