in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, United States Job Description Software Account Manager Hoffmann Estates, IL Prepare sales proposal decks and present to internal and external customers, modifying based on knowledge of country's customs and business practices. Understand customer business requirements and pain points to position the appropriate software functionality and ultimately help drive sales to close based on full understanding of the manufacturing process in place and their need. Develop effective relationships with key customer contacts to create demand by supporting their key business initiatives which map back to our solutions for upsell opportunities. Develop sales plans that support division objectives for sales, market-share, and competitive account penetration. Build your pipeline and present accurate forecasts that lead to closed revenue & quota attainment. Lead software sales processes & support Panasonic colleagues in delivering the solution until project closure. Participate in trade shows internationally representing the Process Automation business to gain new customers. Be responsible for continuing self-development especially in the areas of interpersonal communications, negotiations, account management, cross-selling, SMT concepts and solutions selling.HOURS:
35 hours per weekSALARY:
$60.72/hourREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the specialty field. Domestic and international travel may be required.LOCATION
