Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30

PM Weekends:

In person Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at multiple customer locations throughout Illinois and Indiana. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards, supporting team members, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support cleaning teams at multiple customer locations. Ensure cleaning services consistently meet company quality standards. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve excellent results. Assist with cleaning duties when needed to support the team and meet customer expectations. Maintain positive relationships with customers and address concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor daily operations and help ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management. Qualifications Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred. Valid driver's license. Willingness and ability to travel between customer locations in Illinois and Indiana. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to lead a team while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Benefits Paid training.
