Founded in 1956 as one of the first parts feeding companies in the Midwest, Vibromatic has built a long-standing reputation for innovation and reliability. The company designs and manufactures parts handling equipment such as vibratory bowl feeders, centrifugal feeders, stepper feeders, and escapement and placement devices. Vibromatic's solutions support a wide range of manufacturing operations, offering customized systems that improve efficiency and throughput. In 2020, Vibromatic was inducted into the Indiana Manufacturing Hall of Fame, reflecting its impact on the regional manufacturing community and long-term industry leadership. Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noblesville, IN. The individual in this role will manage existing customer accounts, build strong relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, coordinating with engineering and production teams, preparing quotes and proposals, and monitoring project timelines to ensure successful delivery. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for account growth, participate in sales meetings, and maintain accurate CRM and ERP records. This role involves regular communication with customers, occasional visits to client sites, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer relationship management and account stewardship skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and provide ongoing support. Mechanical aptitude to understand how customers pick and transfer parts downstream, such as dead-nest pick-and-place, EOAT handling, or indexer transfer, and recommend feeder and tooling solutions that integrate with their automation. Sales and business development capabilities, such as identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. Organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple accounts, track timelines, and collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams. Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms. Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools for tracking interactions, updating account information, and generating reports. Ability to work on-site in Noblesville, IN, with reliability, professionalism, and a focus on safety and quality. Relevant education or equivalent experience in account management or industrial sales.
