Our client, industry leader in international sales and customer engagement, is seeking an International Account Specialist to join their team. As an International Account Specialist, you will be part of the sales and customer relations department supporting global business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and cultural adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Develop and maintain strong partnerships and excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Uncover, identify, and close additional customer needs to expand business opportunities. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets aligned with business objectives. Identify and pursue new and current business opportunities, supporting growth initiatives. What's Needed? 1-3 years' experience managing customers or accounts preferred; entry-level candidates considered. International sales or marketing experience, especially in Japan, is a plus. Ability to deploy new business/channel development strategies. Fluent in English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking), with Japanese keigo proficiency required.
