This role involves defining account-specific strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the assigned scope.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer decision-makers and internal stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized solutions to address them.
Sales & Strategy Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts and scope, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt commercial strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with internal teams, including R D, Production, Logistics, Quality, and PLM, to meet customer expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts internally and externally to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Organize and lead customer meetings, involving relevant stakeholders from both organizations.
Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Contracts Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the implementation of service agreements.
Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and customer requirements.
Reporting & Analysis Regularly monitor and analyse account performance metrics.
Prepare reports detailing sales data, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Interpersonal Savvy Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in working in a large scale B2B environment
Relevant industry experience in technical, sales and general management
Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
Knowledge Technically adept
Possess a detailed knowledge of Amcor, the products, the industry and competitive market
Skills Language:
English necessary, others useful and desired
Expected Travel
