Job Description

Position Summary This role manages seminar execution, client follow-up, appointment scheduling, and life insurance case preparation. The coordinator ensures seminars are fully attended with qualified prospects, supports advisors with thorough case prep, and drives consistent follow-up to maximize conversions and client experience. This is a salaried position with additional earning potential by obtaining a Health Accident Life insurance license and earning bonus. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute fixed index annuity and life insurance seminars, including setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments, including multi-touch follow-up campaigns Handle post-seminar outreach, lead nurturing, and appointment setting Manage life insurance cases from application through underwriting, including documentation and client communication Prepare advisors for meetings by reviewing client files, identifying opportunities, and organizing paperwork Track client data, seminar results, and pipeline activity in CRM systems Assist with appointment scheduling and identify additional asset opportunities Collaborate with team members on events, marketing efforts, and calendar planning Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Experience in financial services or insurance preferred Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Bachelor's Degree Key Strengths Client-focused and proactive Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #IND2

From $40,000.00 per year
