Industry experience is not required. Working directly with engineering firms and public agencies, we provide studies that assist in the development, maintenance, and operations of roadways, interstates, parking complexes, intersections, and much more. Our success is attributed to knowledgeable staff and above-and-beyond customer service. The Client Manager is the main point of contact between our clients and the company. This role is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service through clear and effective communication with our clients. Client Manager duties include project estimation, mapping, client correspondence, creating and maintaining project documentation, coordinating with internal operations, providing project updates to our clients, managing client expectations, reviewing and executing contracts, market research, new-client outreach, and performing internal administrative tasks. The Client Manager is largely an office position, but will at times require travel to visit with our clients and to attend industry events.
Required Qualifications:
Great communication skills (email and oral) Detail oriented Highly organized Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Experience reading and understanding maps Experience with Google Drive Experience communicating directly with clients

Experience with mapping software (e.g. Google Earth) Estimating experience Experience reading contracts Data entry experience Experience planning projects
