This role manages a large regional portfolio and blends sales, customer service, and project coordination. This would be a Monday-Friday position with 9am-5pm hours and the organization would allow for two days a week from home once both sides were comfortable with one another.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet quarterly sales and business development goals (no cold calling all inbound leads) Process customer orders via web, email, and phone using an ERP system Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues Build and manage a pipeline of project-based (e.g., furniture) sales Coordinate customer projects, including quotes, RFPs, and product research Use a CRM platform to expand contacts, increase outreach, and drive growth

Qualifications Needed:
